Imagine. Transform. Grow.
Innovia is a specialized management consultancy that understands how to grow creative companies.
Our consultants understand that businesses built around studios, labs and newsrooms are different than other companies. We know creative processes and cultures, and the markets our clients compete in. Every engagement is built around the unique characteristics of the creative people we’re working with.
Since 2004, Innovia has been bringing ideas, analysis and implementation to each stage of corporate growth – from start-up to maturity to renewal – and we have accompanied some clients on every step of their entrepreneurial journey.
We’ve assembled a unique team of consultants who stand at the intersection of business and creativity.
