Russell Pollard to chair the Museum of Architecture’s new Associates’ Club leadership series for London architectural practices

Ongoing learning and development is critical to building a successful career and team. People need to be equipped with the appropriate knowledge, skills and behaviours to be successful in their roles, and they need to have the proper support from their practice.

The Museum of Architecture and Innovia Partners have partnered to establish the Associates’ Club, an opportunity for associates of London architectural practices to increase their knowledge and abilities in leadership and of their role.

The club is comprised of associates from several architectural practices across London. In facilitated sessions, participants learn from the concepts presented and from each other. Learning is rooted in the context of architectural practices, an understanding that Innovia has depth of expertise of given our experience working with architectural, engineering and design firms.

Sessions of this programme include:

  • Leadership Principles
  • Business Context of the Associate Role
  • Leading Creative Teams
  • Building Profile and Credibility
  • Plus two sessions that will be determined by the learning goals of participants

Innovia’s management consultant Russell Pollard is chair of this programme. He is facilitating each session and planning the programme to match the learning objectives of participants. This is a bespoke approach we use in all of our learning programmes, which we develop for associates, directors and other practice leadership groups.
