Rowley Mossop, Principal
Rowley leads Innovia by providing clients with the insight and strategy they need to make transformation happen. He founded Innovia in 2004 after his career as an editorial leader with The National at CBC TV News during the transformation from traditional broadcast journalism to the online media landscape of today. Rowley’s background in the disciplines of business, media, design, and architecture informs Innovia’s unique approach to the challenges and potential of creative businesses.
Rowley is a Rotman MBA, holds a diploma from the Ontario College of Art and Design, and has a B.E.S. (Architecture) from the University of Waterloo.
Victor Carvalho, Management Consultant
Victor identifies strategic and market opportunities to help Innovia’s clients increase their profits and to improve the effectiveness of their processes. He applies a cross-functional skillset developed through his diverse consulting and finance experiences in Brazil and Canada.
Victor is currently pursuing his Master of Business (MBA) degree at Ivey Business School of the University of Western Ontario. Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Ceara (Brazil), a Master’s Degree from Ecole Centrale Marseille (France), and a Business diploma from Seneca College (Canada). He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®-PMI).
Haitham Laadissi, Management Consultant
Haitham combines his experiences in consulting and investment banking in France to support Innovia’s clients in their strategic, organizational and digital transformations.
Haitham holds a Master in Management in Banking and Corporate Finance at Toulouse Business School (France), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Université Lumière Lyon 2 (France) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®-PMI).
Guilherme Sarubbi, Associate Consultant
Guilherme supports Innovia’s team through business analysis, research, as well as project management and coordination. His professional experience includes financial planning, process mapping, and lean six sigma continuous improvement for food and oil & gas firms in Brazil and France.
Guilherme holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at UNIFEI (Brazil) and a Project Management certificate at Humber College in Toronto.
