11 Aug How to Set and Exceed Client Expectations (Seminar)
Rowley Mossop (Principal) will present a two session seminar in London, UK in September. This seminar is appropriate for Associates, Partners, and Directors. This continues Innovia’s involvement in the United Kingdom’s design and architectural industries and marks the fifth seminar our team presents with the Museum of Architecture in the past year.
How to Set and Exceed Client Expectations
Successful architectural practices develop and manage client relationships proactively. Failure to properly set and deliver on client expectations can result in unhappy clients, a damaged reputation to the individual and practice, and lower project profitability. Exceeding expectations can set your practice apart from others and increase the likelihood clients will choose you for their next project or refer your practice to their colleagues. Delivering consistency requires planning, processes, and great talent with strong project management and people skills.
In this highly interactive, two session workshop, we will look at actionable ways to:
- Identify client needs and ambitions
- Ensure your practice’s ability to satisfy them
- Communicate your understanding of clients’ needs
- Develop systems and processes to consistently set and exceed clients’ expectations
