13 Mar Talent Management for Architecture, Engineering and Design Firms (Seminar)

This April Architect@Work International hosted its Canadian event in Toronto, Ontario. This event featured distinguished speakers, educational programming and exhibitors.

In partnership with the Toronto Society of Architects (TSA), Innovia presented Leadership & Talent Management for Architecture Firms. Here, we highlighted principles for leading and managing creative workforces and discussed common challenges practices experience at the start-up, growth and maturity stages of their business life.  The presentation featured questions such as how to attract, develop and retain top talent, how to manage leadership succession over time, and how leadership can motivate creative people and teams.

The TSA hosts several lectures every year which meet the criteria for OAA Continuing Education structured learning hours. Thank you for inviting us to present, and thank you LRI Engineering for sponsoring the TSA’s technical series.
