DX Intersection is an integral event for Design Exchange, Canada’s design museum (DX).

As a long-term supporter of DX, Innovia attended this year’s DX Intersection, themed Dispatch. Installations by RAW Design, Space Animator, and Sarah Keenlyside and Joseph Clement transformed the museum into a venue for design, culture, and art to interact.

“DX Intersection is our annual ode to the country’s creative community; a chance to showcase interdisciplinary design and unexpected collaborations,” says Shauna Levy, President & CEO, Design Exchange. “The event is an integral moment for us to bring design innovators and enthusiasts together in one space, supporting a collective vision of building Canada’s design culture and making it accessible and inclusive to all.”

This year, Canadian journalist and entrepreneur Tyler Brûlé was honored. He is the founder of Winkreative, Monocle, and Wallpaper*, and his work demonstrates and promotes the intersections of design disciplines. Charles Bombardier served as 2016’s Honorary Chair.

DX Intersection is an integral event for the Design Exchange and for Canada’s creative communities. Innovia looks forward to supporting DX in 2017 for another exceptional year.
