22 May Museum of Architecture and Innovia Present Leadership Workshop for Associates
Our team has established a strong relationship with the Museum of Architecture in London, UK. We have been delivering business seminars and workshops to owner-managers of architectural practices with this group since 2016.
In June we are thrilled to continue our work together as they have asked us to deliver a leadership workshop for associates of architectural practices. Associates have an essential role leading people and teams, managing project and client priorities, and being the key people between directors and the rest of the studio. This requires sound leadership skills, knowledge and judgement. For architects, there is an additional layer of balancing project constraints and creative aspirations of their team members and practice.
Innovia’s experience of creating talent management programs for design, architecture and other creative businesses informs a strong understanding of the best practices and challenges leaders face in creative contexts. We have designed and delivered bespoke training programs to firms in Canada and in the United Kingdom, and look forward to bringing this insight to the Museum of Architecture.

This workshop will be co-facilitated by Innovia’s principal Rowley Mossop, who is educated in architecture and has a Rotman MBA, and Russell Pollard, who has an undergraduate degree in leadership, an MBA and is pursuing a certificate in Leadership and Inclusion.
