As founder and Principal of Innovia Partners, he leads a team of professionals dedicated to helping architectural and engineering practices thrive creatively and financially. Owners and leaders seek Rowley’s advice to shape strategy, enhance firm and project performance, drive successful digital technology adoption, and realize human potential. He believes a firm can be an excellent workplace while delivering outstanding business results and producing architecture and engineering of the highest quality.
Rowley holds an MBA from Rotman Business School at UofT, a BES in Architecture from the University of Waterloo and an AOCA (Film) from the Ontario College of Art & Design.
Specializing in strategic problem-solving and business optimization for creative and project-based firms, Victor excels at deconstructing complex issues and identifying high-impact levers for clients. He believes strategy can be successful when it leverages internal capabilities to create value and competitive advantage, while simultaneously connecting people, culture, system and processes. Comfortable in dynamic contexts, Victor delivers training and educational sessions both online and in-person.
Victor holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, a Master’s in Engineering and is a certified Project Manager.
With experience in banking, corporate strategy & finance, and aviation across Europe and North America, Haitham thrives in complex project-based businesses. He is a key driver of Innovia’s digital transformation and software implementation work. Combining a keen eye for process improvements with an understanding of people and culture, Haitham helps practices maximize their investments and create sustainable profitability environments. Haitham is bilingual (French/English) and adept at working cross-culturally. In addition to his consulting responsibilities, Haitham delivers training and educational sessions both online and in-person.
Haitham holds a Master’s in Management from the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Toulouse and a Bachelor’s in Economics, and is a certified Project Manager.
Bringing organization, clarity and calm to high pressure and complex situations, Guilherme is especially adept at deconstructing large processes into scalable modules and pieces, allowing teams and clients to reach objectives in a timely manner. As an industrial designer and project manager by training, continuous improvement comes embedded in his approach. With exposure and experience in multiple languages and countries, Guilherme finds himself at ease and facilitating processes in a variety of cultural contexts.
Guilherme holds a Post-Graduate Certification in Project Management from Humber College and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá.

Drawing on global experience across industries Jamie supports clients through strategy, communications and organisational development initiatives in a manner that equips team members with the information, confidence and capabilities to be a part of changing their business. Having worked in architecture, brand, design and change consulting – both in agency and in-house environments, Jamie leverages empathy for the contexts clients navigate as part of his approach. Working with Innovia, Jamie helps to deliver brand and communications platforms, alongside learning and development programs and initiatives.
Jamie holds a Post-Graduate Certification in Interdisciplinary Design Strategy from George Brown College and the Institute without Boundaries, a Bachelor’s in Geopolitics and is a trained Facilitator.
